  • About Passenger Technology Solutions

Airlines and rail operators are increasingly looking to deliver experiences and services to passengers that will enhance their end-to-end journey. With competition for passenger loyalty already fierce, especially between airline operators, the provision of technologies that can provide a more seamless inter-connected journey to their passengers is perceived as key to ensuring that they maintain a competitive edge over their rivals.

Nearly every modern day passenger owns a smart device, and thus travelling upon a tech-enabled plane or train to mirror the tech-enabled world in which they live cannot simply be viewed as an ever-increasing demand; it's an expectation.

  • The challenge is in immediately identifying which technologies are available and who provides them. For airlines, the complexities of data protection, cybersecurity and secure payment solutions whilst off the ground have to be considered as well.

This is where Passenger Technology Solutions (PTS) comes in.

Heading into its second year in 2019, PTS provides the perfect platform for bespoke technology suppliers to showcase their products and services to airline and rail operators from around the globe, each looking to offer passengers a more connected travel experience.

The show is a part of Passenger Experience Week, and as such is co-located with World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo, Aircraft Interiors Expo and the Passenger Experience Conference, to collectively define the future of the global passenger experience industry.
