Make sure you’re demonstrating how technology is redefining the passenger experience

Passenger Technology Solutions returns to Passenger Experience Week from 2-4 April 2019


Technology is changing the way airlines, terminals and rail operators interact with customers and the industry is embracing this digitalisation – 97% of airlines admit to having a digital strategy in place[1] or are currently implementing one. This revolution is helping to deliver seamless travel and the second edition of Passenger Technology Solutions (PTS) will enable vendors to engage with global industry professionals and explain how their latest innovations will enhance the passenger experience.


Showcase the power of technology

With almost a third (32%[2]) of airlines now running major Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs and 59%[3] investigating opportunities to implement blockchain solutions, PTS - running in Hamburg during Passenger Experience Week from 2-4 April 2019 - is set to be more important than ever before.

The show provides the perfect platform to showcase game-changing new technologies to the world’s leading airlines, terminal operators and rail businesses – including representatives from Airbus, Boeing, British Airways, Qantas, Emirates, Norwegian, Eurostar, Deutsche Bahn, Hamad International Airport and Turkish Airlines.


Presenting the latest solutions

Additionally, technology vendors can now apply to join the hugely popular PTS Seminar Theatre. Attracting representatives from across the passenger experience industry, last year Black Swan Data, Aviget, Reaktor, Quicket and MiniMe Labs were among the businesses that explained how they were helping redefine the passenger journey.
